(Process explained below slideshow)
OVERALL PROCESS - This is an overview of the process so you can be aware of all that is involved from start to finish. Some things may vary from home to home. It is not too detailed, but it will give you a general idea.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE - Greg does not bid low to get your business and then add hidden costs later on. He likes to be up front about what it will cost you, and then let his work speak for itself. When you have a bank loan, the bank determines when the draws (payments) are released. Other payments are due at specific steps during the process. These are determined by the individual banks./loan companies.
*TIMELINE - This timeline is approximate and based on typical times. However, there are many things that can slow the building process. Some are outside of the contractors control, but it is in everyone's best interest to stay on schedule and complete the home.
